Booking: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to preperation and material costs. In the unlikely event that Merryfall Cakes Bakery Ltd cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
Event Attendance: The event is suitable for participants aged 12 years and above. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Attendees must arrive on time; late arrivals may miss part of the session, and no refunds will be provided.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies: Individual refreshments are included. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Health & Safety: All tools and materials provided must be used as instructed to ensure safety. Merryfall Cakes Bakery Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use of tools or materials.
Event Content & Changes: The event includes a guided-cake decorating session with materials provided. Merryfall Cakes Bakery Ltd reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the event format or design to ensure quality and availability. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the venue may change, and attendees will be notified promptly.
Property & Liability: Merryfall Cakes Bakery Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event Attendees are liable for any damage caused to the venue or materials through misuse or negligence.
Photography & Media: Photographs or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify Merryfall Cakes Bakery Ltd in advance.
